By creating different temperature zones in various parts of the conveyor and performing independent temperature control in every zone, pre-heating and calcining are done. In this kind of zone control, control in every zone is very important and significantly affects the finish of products. The figure below shows individual control using a controller (SRS14A) after installing temperature sensors in every zone. Using communication function, the temperature transition status in every zone can be managed collectively through a computer.
