Thermocouple is set inside the electrical furnace to measure the furnace temperature. Measured value is monitored in the program controller (FP93), but since the controller output is weak, you cannot directly control the load in such a case as heating equipment that requires a great amount of current.

So, the controller output signal can be amplified by the power regulator (PAC Series) to heat up the electric heater.

The figure shows an example of a system in which furnace temperature is increased or decreased according to pre-set time. A recorder may be added as needed, making it possible to monitor the temperature changing process.
