Electrical Furnace Control

| We introduce here the use of electrical furnace control. Thermocouple is set inside the furnace to measure the furnace temperature. This is an example of a system in which furnace temperature is increased or decreased according to pre-set time. A recorder may be added as needed, making it possible to monitor the temperature changing process. |

Reactor Control

| “Cascade control” regulates temperature in the water tank with a high level of stability. Usually, with cascade control, you execute complicated settings using two instruments, the master controller and the slave controller, but with the cascade-control compatible controller (SR23), control is possible with only one instrument. |

Tunnel Furnace Control

“Zone control,” in which differing temperature zones are created in various parts of the conveyor and independent temperature control is executed and processed by zone, significantly affects product quality. We introduce here individual control using a controller (SRS14A) after installing temperature sensors in every zone.

Drainage Neutralization Control

This is a drainage neutralization treatment system that manages pH so that it is not at variance with the standard value when discharging drainage with strong alkali or strong acid after neutralizing them. The neutralization process of raw water can work on automatic control in response to fluctuation in pH of water inflow. An alarm goes off if values go beyond the control range.

Temperature Control of Vinyl House
|

This is a system to maintain the appropriate temperature in the vinyl house for cultivation environment. Through the control of the digital controller (SRS13A), the circulation fan and cooling equipment are set off when temperature rises, and the heating system is set off when it falls, making it possible to maintain the house interior temperature at a fixed value.
