| Apr. 1953 | Business inaugurated at Shimamura Denseiki Seisakusho, Oyaguchi, Itabashi-Ku, Tokyo. |
| July 1963 | The company was incorporated and K.K. Shimamura Denseiki Seisakusho was established. |
| Oct. 1970 | The company's name was changed to Shimaden Co., Ltd. with the development of new corporate business. |
| July 1973 | To extend its business enterprises, a new company building was constructed at Kitamachi, Nerima-ku, in which the head office and factory were moved.
An Export Department was formed within the head office. |
| Sept. 1996 | ISO 9002 Certification obtained. |
| July 1999 | ISO 9001 Certification obtained. |
| Mar. 2005 | ISO 14001 Certification obtained. |
